How long have you played WoW?
I've been playing WoW for almost a year now.

What do you enjoy doing when playing?
First of all I enjoy helping other who is in need of some kind of help. I also enjoy doing instances and raids. (Improving my character).

How did you hear about PoSG?
I wasn't told of the guild by anyone actually. Searched the guild on the internet and couldn't resist making an application once I read about it.

What was your previous guild and why did you decide to leave?
My previous, and the only guild I've been in, was Sick and Twisted. I decided to leave because I wanted to get involve in a guild which is focusing more on raids. They were great guildmates, but the guild just didn't satisfied my goals when it came to the raiding part.

Do you have any other characters?
Nope. This is my only one.

Would you be looking to move them to this guild?

Have you raided before?
Yes, but not much. Just been doing Naxx, VoA and Ony so far. Hopefully I'll get more experience with you. (Even if I don't have too much experience when it comes to raiding, I do my researches before entering something to make sure I'm doing a good job for my group).

What role you would ideally want to fill in a raid group?
My main spec is retribution so dps will be my ideally role. I have holy as OS, but it's crappy since I got it a little while ago. (Gearing up for it through hc's).

Thanks for the app. Gear is definately not Icecrown ready but that's not suprising for a new-ish level 80.

You're missing shoulder and weapon enchants. The Hodir rep is really easy to get now so that's a really big one to get. You also need to level your BS skill to get teh sockets on the gloves and bracers. I wouldn't go with the top weapon enchant (berserking) but the +AP one is a must. You're way way over the hitcap and should lose mark of supremacy for a useful trinket - Darkmoon Card: greatness is still very good but expensive ot the 264 one is awesome.

Your talents look fine although there are a few in there that only benefit PvP. You have all the PvE damage boosters though so that's cool.

Thank you for the help regarding gear upgrades. Reputation with The Hodir is on it's way, aswell as BS. (Been focusing on rep with Knights of the Ebon Blade and the Netherwings for a little while now).

Regarding mark of supremacy I won't be hit capped if I drop it. But I guess since you're mentioning it, gear I will get later on (better ofc) will make sure of that...? (Btw, saving up for Darkmoon Card: Greatness). The gold ain't coming easily, that's for sure.

Last, but not least, do you suggest I follow your example regarding the specc?

Hitcap is easy in T9 gear. Not so in T10 but close to the cap is good enough - as it stands you're getting almost 0 benefit from the trinket

I'm currently running ~30 hit short but that's easily covered by having a Drenai in the party.

My spec is a pretty standard one - the 2 ponts in vindication are optional as long as one ret in the raid has it or a War doing demo shout. As I said, you have all the core dps talents covered.

A couple of things I need to mention. First, your application has been approved at a Social rank. Once in the guild, please liase with the Role and Raid Leaders if you wish to move up into a Raiding rank. There's a two week trail period, but that's just to make sure we're the right choice for each other.
