(ea. you pay and receive the code right away) But there are more game & toy stores in the Netherlands who offer a pre-order and you'll get the game on the launch day (even when it's not clear yet when it'll be launched)

Well when Cata hits I'll take a week off, stack up some cases of beer and have a good long flight around to check out all the new stuff
